Meet Sam's Farm Circle

We don't use the word homemade lightly, and we don't use Canadian as decoration either. That means sourcing beef from Flanagan and building the menu around real ingredients instead of shortcuts. We like that our guests can walk in, sit down, and get a meal that's honest about where it came from. Nothing on the menu is trying to be fancy. It's trying to be good, and it's trying to be Canadian in the way that actually matters: in the sourcing, not just the branding. That's the whole idea behind Sam's Farm Circle, our way of keeping the people who grow and raise our food close to the people who eat it.
